Common cause of ceiling fan light problems.
Additional possibilities with ceiling fan light strobe.
If the led light flashes when it is turned off we first need to eliminate the circuit problem that is the switch touches the live wire and the zero wire touches the electrical appliance.
The most common cause of ceiling fan lights that strobe like this is due to wrong size light bulbs more specifically the light bulb size may be too large so i would check this first and make sure they are the recommended size.

Try gently wiggling the switch to see if this causes a flicker.
If your light is already flickering try toggling the switch on and off and see if this fixes the problem.
It only happens in the one fixture.

I put two of the working lights in flashing fixture and they strobed as well.
The 4th flashes on an off like a strobe.
I have 4 ceiling lights.
If it does you ve found the problem.
In 3 lights they are fine and bright.

If the flickering bulb is a cfl try replacing it with an led or incandescent bulb.
