Patriarch is a returning boss from killing floor that is fully upgraded with sneaky and effective attacks that will kill all players.
Two of the basic stats of these zeds health and damage are the subject of change via the game conductor mechanic.
However slashers are more agile aggressive and unpredictable than the other clot variants.
I just hope there is an option to turn that off.
